Summer schedule effective 6/14/19

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive 10 – 15 minute prior to scheduled class
  • Pull attendance card after changing into uniform
  • Keep uniforms neat, clean and odor-free
  • Quietly prepare for class, do not disturb classes that are in session
  • Show respect to instructors and students
  • Always be well-mannered and behave properly
  • Attend class on a consistent basis
  • Show proper effort and spirit in the classroom
  • Practice and exercise at home for better results
  • Memorize and apply the Tenants of Taekwondo
  • Develop and maintain a positive well-disciplined attitude

CLASS SCHEDULE

MONDAY and WEDNESDAY
4:30 – 5:00 pm Child White – Red Belt
5:00 – 6:00 pm BJJ for Kids
6:00 – 6:45 pm Child Red Black – Black Belt
6:45 – 7:45 pm Fitness Kickboxing
7:45 – 8:30 pm Adult All Belt
8:30 – 9:30 pm MMA for the Street™

TUESDAY
4:30 – 5:00 pm Little Dragons (age 3-5) / Beginner White Belt
5:00 – 5:30 pm Child White – Red Belt
5:30 – 6:15 pm Child Red Black – Black Belt
6:15 – 7:15 pm Adult All Belt
7:15 – 7:45 pm Adult Red Black – Black Belt Advanced Training
8:00 – 9:30 pm BJJ / Submission Grappling (Adult)

THURSDAY
4:00-4:30pm little dragons (age 4-6)

4:30-5:30pm child all belt (Tkd)

5:30-6:30pm kids bjj

6:30-7:30pm adult all belt (Tkd)

8:00-9:30pm adult bjj / submission Grappling

 

FRIDAY

6:45-7:45pm fitness kickboxing
